Below are instructions for checking into the house
Entrance
- Please note that it will take some stairs to get to the second floor, so it might not be suitable for old people.
- The entrance is 1.5m wide and 6m in length.
- During the day, checking in through the entrance is easy.
- At night, after 9:00 PM, some residents in the building park their bikes alongside the 6-meter entrance, making it narrow. For a person to pass through the entrance is easy. However, if you carry large luggage when checking in, it will be more difficult to get through. The good thing is that after getting through that 6-meter entrance, it will be very easy to get upstairs, and the house is just on the second floor of the building.
Lockbox
- Enter the number we provided
- Pull down the lever and pull the grey cover out at the same time
- Get the card for opening the door
- Put the card into electric box to turn the electricity on
Lock
- Press the bottom button to open the door when inside the house
- Switch the top button to prevent the door from opening at the outside
- Close the door closely for the lock to work correctly
Toiletries
- The house does not provide the following toiletries: Shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush. They can be bought easily at the nearby convenient stores.
- For better preparation, you can provide us the number of guests staying so that we can prepare enough towels for you.
Luggages drop off
- For dropping off luggage, if the house is still having guests at the time you arrive, you can leave them with my neighbor. You will only need to pay her a fee for keeping your luggage. The fee is:
- Suitcase size M 60.000VND
- Suitcase size S 40.000VND
- Backpack: 30.000VND
- If the house does not have guests, you can drop off your luggage at the house with no extra charge.

Really value stay for the location, right next to the busiest street in VN but with the right amount of peace and connectivity elsewhere as well.
The place hosted 7 of us easily, with 3 of us sharing the “Friendship room”. Host was always quick to resolve any issues or questions we had, and gave us local food recommendations nearby as well.
Check in was a breeze, quick wifi, easy Grab pick up location and extremely value for money.
